Engineering consultancy — infrastructure and building — From the drawing to the final metre.

  1. Stage · Survey — From the drawing to the final metre. A bare plot, a grid of stakes, a survey. It all starts here.
  2. Stage · Earthworks — What happens below the surface. The ground opens up. Bearing capacity is checked before, not after.
  3. Stage · Foundations — The check before the pour. Once the concrete is poured, the reinforcement can no longer be inspected.
  4. Stage · Structure — Level by level. The frame rises. Every floor is checked before the next one goes up.
  5. Stage · Envelope — A skin of glass. The façades close the structure. The silhouette appears.
  6. Stage · Finishes — The surroundings matter just as much. Kerbs, paving, planting: this is what stays visible for ten years.
  7. Status · Handed over — A completed structure. From bare ground to final handover. That is where our assignment ends.

Engineering consultancy — infrastructure and building

From the drawing to the final metre.

We design infrastructure and buildings, write the specifications, supervise the works and control the costs through to handover. One consultancy, from the first survey to the final signature, across Belgium.

Who are you?

Most engineering consultancies stop the moment the site work begins. That is precisely where we remain.

What we work on

Two pillars, equally weighted: infrastructure and building. From the municipal road to the civil engineering structure, from the renovation site to the public space. Across Belgium.

Sequence 02 — infrastructure

A street is not rebuilt at the surface.

The same principle, applied to roadworks: six stages, from a street at the end of its life to a new one. What determines its service life is settled long before the asphalt.

  1. Stage · Condition survey — A road has a service life. Cracks, sunken kerbs, standing water. The diagnosis comes before the design.
  2. Stage · Demolition — Breaking ground. The old surface comes off. This is where you find what nobody had recorded.
  3. Stage · Subgrade — The formation level. Bearing capacity is signed off here. Skip this stage and you accept settlement within three years.
  4. Stage · Drainage — Water first. Pipes, gullies, falls. What will never be seen decides everything.
  5. Stage · Surfacing — The asphalt. Temperature, thickness, compaction. Three parameters, one chance.
  6. Status · Handed over — A street, given back to its residents. Markings, cycle path, planting, lighting. Handover.

Sequence 03 — from drawing to site

A drawing is only an intention.

Between the line on the drawing and the laid surfacing, there is a specification to write, tenders to analyse, a contractor to keep in line, quantities to check and progress statements to verify. That is where budgets slip. That is where we stand.

The working drawing becomes the delivered street: the same view, drawn and then built.

Civil engineering and structures

What nobody sees.

A retaining wall is drainage, a footing, reinforcement and a calculated earth thrust. Rotate the model: every technical item has its reason to exist, and each one costs money if poorly sized.

Loading the model…

The stem

It resists the earth thrust in bending. Its thickness and reinforcement are calculated, never estimated.

Four reasons to entrust us with your project

Infrastructure and building under one roof

A road serving a building involves two disciplines and two sets of specifications. With us, a single point of contact holds both.

We do not disappear once the site work starts

Many consultancies deliver a file and leave. We stay through to final acceptance, with quantity checks and progress statement verification.

The budget is a technical fact, not a surprise

Detailed bill of quantities, unit price analysis, verification of statements and additional works. An overrun is visible before it is invoiced.

We also speak to private clients

The same technical eye applied to a renovation quote as to a public road tender.

For private clients

Does your quote really say what you think it says?

A contractor's quote reads like a contract, because it is one. We read it line by line: vague items, missing quantities, price revision, missing guarantees, hidden exclusions.

“Item for the record”

An item priced at zero that will be invoiced to you later.

“Lump-sum quantity without a bill of quantities”

Impossible to check what you are paying for.

“Excluding VAT, connections and waste removal”

Exclusions can amount to 20% of the real price.

Let's talk about your project.

Describe your situation in a few lines. We will get back to you with an initial technical assessment and the scope of a possible assignment.
